DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. FOREIGN TRAVELERS, BE WARNED. You will never get your deposit back from this hotel. We stayed one night and booked two rooms for our parents and family. After checkout, the hotel refused to return our deposit and claimed that we had used toiletries. This is completely false. My mother never even saw, opened, touched, or used the box they claimed we had used. The hotel sent us a photograph of an opened box and claimed it was “evidence.” We believe the photograph was manipulated or staged to justify the deduction. We were never given a proper itemized statement. When we asked who took the photograph and requested the employee’s name and the manager’s email, the hotel refused and simply said it was an “internal investigation.” Why would guests paying hundreds of dollars for a hotel lie over a few dollars’ worth of toiletries? This is not about the money. It is about honesty and integrity. We traveled to China with our parents for a precious family vacation, and this hotel ruined part of that experience through what we believe was a completely unjustified and deceptive deposit deduction. I strongly warn everyone, especially foreign travelers: DO NOT STAY HERE. I will report this matter to the relevant authorities and travel platforms. Hotels should not be allowed to treat guests this way or deduct deposits based on questionable evidence.
