“The worst experience ever. We arrived for the check-in and after the registration the guy at the front desk asked for the deposit (THE ROOM AND TAXES WERE ALREADY PAID). So we gave him a card,it didn't work;we gave him another card,it didn't work and so we gave him another card and it didn't work. So we thought it was a connection problem but it was not because the guy exlained us that them as a hotel don't accept card that are not from America. “The location is great and centrally located near everything Big Bear has to offer.
That said, the property felt under-equipped and poorly maintained. The kitchen item were as cheap as cheap could be and lacked. Several things were broken, such as the toilet seat and blinds. The hot water in the shower was not adequate. Towels, toiletries, were as cheap as kitchen. The bedding, and the bed were not comfortable. This place did not meet the cost. I actually chose to leave before my second night...
