“The location to start was absolutely amazing, quite little area with friendly neighbors, my children quickly made friends. The house was beautiful, very cozy, even my children was in love with the house, its was very clean with everything we needed. Not to mention the host is the best. We had a 14 hour drive to arrive and she checked in during our drive to make sure we was safe and time of arrival so she could have everything ready for us, she even checked in to make sure we made it home safely!...

“The rooms and common areas were very clean. The hotel appeared to have been recently renovated. Amenities in the bathroom were very nice. There was a small fridge, microwave, coffee pot, iron, ironing board, and safe in my room. Lots of area to put your belongings - drawers and shelves. Beds were very comfy. The staff was exceptional. “Disgusting place mold in the showers bugs in the bed and a foul mildew smell!”

“We were told upon arrival that we could not test in the room we booked due to a water leak and mold. Moved to another room that also had mold. Decided to cancel the stay after seeing this. Reached out to oyo as well as Expedia. Expedia was helpful on reaching out to staff about the cancellation policy and a refund. I was told they waived the cancellation and would issue a refund since we provided proof of mold. Nothing has since been processed and I am unable to contact anyone.”
