The Neighborhood:

Close to the rural gems of the Peak District and North Wales, the Cheshire town of Crewe is ideally placed for city workers being just 35 miles south of Manchester and less than 50 miles from Liverpool. Getting Around:

When getting from the property to Crewe Centre, as with any town, it’s always best to go in by foot as finding parking can sometimes be a struggle.



Luckily for you, the property is in the ideal location and parking can be found as per the check-in instructions.



There is also a great taxi service depending on where you'd like to go in Crewe or if you'd like to go further afield.

HOUSE RULES: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING



*No Parties or Events Allowed

This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your Airbnb deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages.



*Quiet Hours After 10PM This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards.



*No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage.



*Noise & Air Monitoring in Place Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.



*Stays over 7 nights require additional housekeeping for an £97 extra fee per week. If unpaid, the booking will be reduced accordingly.



*Online Check-In Required To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.



*Check-In/Out Policy Early check-in: £20/half hour before stated time (if not pre-approved) Late check-out (after 10AM): £20/half hour



*Security Deposit OR Damage Waiver We require either:A refundable security deposit of £350 (depending on property size), OR

A non-refundable damage waiver of £35 per night up to £125 (depending on length of stay)
