"Personale gentile, possibilità di parcheggio, stanza abbastanza pulita. Il problema è che lo scarico della vasca era mezzo otturato e quindi sono stato costretto a lavarmi ogni volta con i piedi immersi nel lago di acqua che si formava. E la cosa mi ha infastidito notevolmente"

"Because we had a bad experience at the restaurant outside the hotel (the only one working in one-hour driving area) we chose to dine at the hotel. They told us that the chef was alone that night (Saturday) and could take up to one hour to eat something (7:30PM). We had no choice and asked for veggie burgers, but they didn’t have any (again, on Saturday night with tons of tourists around). We ended up eating fries for dinner. To excuse, the staff arranged a small snack before our departure the next day. It was really kind of them but this doesn’t cover the lack of organization for such an important hotel."
