We are offering this charming house for rent in the picturesque neighbourhood of Mesnil Val in Criel-sur-Mer, with sea views and access to the beach less than 100 metres away. With a floor area of 180 m², it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 35 m² living room, a fully fitted open-plan kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a garden of around 300 m² with a terrace. We look forward to welcoming you!

- A 20 m² terrace, facing south and west, situated on the first floor of the house. Ideal for enjoying sunny days with a sea view, it can be furnished with a bench and two armchairs provided, to be brought out when the weather permits.
