The holiday resort of Dramalj is located on the Crikvenica Riviera in the Kvarner Bay region. Due to the very favourable climatic and geographical conditions, more and more tourists are visiting the Croatian coast and finding themselves in Dramalj, which has developed into a famous tourist destination. So it's no wonder that more and more tourists are increasingly choosing Dramalj for their holidays. And this is where you will find the Mika flat house with its four flats. One of them is Apartment La Dostana 1, which was completely renovated and equipped with new furniture at the end of 2022. It is ideal for families with small children or for senior citizens who cannot necessarily climb stairs. Satellite TV is available, as is free WiFi. There is also a free reserved car park directly in front of the flat. There is a small terrace on the mezzanine floor above the flat, which you are welcome to use. It belongs to the flat. There is also a small garden at the back of the house where you are welcome to linger. A barbecue is also available and can be used.

The flat La Dostana 1 with separate entrance is approx. 60 m² in size and is located on the ground floor. It can be accessed directly from the street. A long corridor leads directly to the bathroom with shower and washing machine. Approximately in the centre of the hallway is the entrance to the living room with a pull-out sofa, on which two people can sleep comfortably. The living room leads to the newly acquired kitchen with dining area and on to the bedroom with a double bed.
Everything you need for a carefree holiday is provided. If anything is missing, simply contact your hostess Dostana and she will take care of it immediately.

The kitchen
is equipped with all utensils, starting with a toaster, coffee machine, kettle, electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, with extractor bonnet, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment. Cookware, crockery and cutlery are also available. Tea towels are provided.

Bedroom
has a large double bed with two bedside cabinets.

Living and dining room
merge seamlessly and offer a dining seating area, a sofa bed on which two people can sleep comfortably. There is a flat screen TV with satellite reception and air conditioning. WLAN is available free of charge.

Bathroom
is equipped with a modern shower, WC and washbasin. Hand and bath towels are provided. A washing machine is also available.

Hallway
There are several linen and wardrobes in the hallway as well as a shoe cupboard.

Bed linen and towels are changed weekly.

A deposit will be paid on arrival. It will be refunded if the flat is left in good order and without damage.

A staircase leads to the mezzanine floor, where there is a small terrace belonging to the accommodation. It offers space for sunbathing or a cosy evening with a glass of wine or beer. You can also enjoy the view of the sea and the island of Krk opposite or a beautiful sunset. If it gets too warm, you can climb a few steps up to the small, cosy communal garden surrounded by greenery. A barbecue is also available here.

The holiday resort of Kacjak and the village of Dramalj offer holidaymakers a wide range of sports and recreational activities. In addition to the usual water activities, you can go spear fishing, diving, water skiing or paragliding.
There are several good restaurants and typical Croatian konobas on site. The menus offer typical Riviera dishes and drinks as well as international cuisine. If you like fish dishes, you should try the numerous local fish dishes (gilthead bream, St Peter's fish, sea bass).
