“What is there not to like when staying in such an iconic building, with excellent facilities, nice staff and an extraordinary view! Beware: the cooked breakfast is heavy stuff and perhaps for 2 to share 😀”

“Julie and I had a great stay at the hotel. Unfortunately we had to take Alfie, Julie’s scruffy wee dog at the last minute. I spoke to someone at the hotel and they kindly moved us to their sister hotel next door that allows wee hairy animals. We certainly would return again. I might even consider inviting Alfie as he enjoyed his stay too 😊. ”

“We loved the apartment at Sweeney Two - it has a real WOW factor with its industrial style, which was unexpected in the middle of Aviemore! It had everything we needed and the garden area is a real bonus. It’s in a great location for exploring the Cairngorm area, we went to the mountain resort to do the tubing slides and funicular and then on to the reindeer walk, all of which we can recommend. Thanks for a great stay!”

“Check in was easy you get a code sent for the front and room door, very well equipped with a small kitchen area with a fridge which when travelling with a dog was really useful for the food. Bed lovely and comfy with a small balcony area to sit out and as the weather was so good was perfect. Ample parking with a very short walk into Aviemore, plenty local shops, cafes and pubs/restaurants to choose from ”

"Kay was an absolutely wonderful host! With the Floris Storm on its way, she kindly welcomed us into her home early in the morning, offering warmth and comfort from the very first moment. Her kindness made us feel as though we were visiting an old friend rather than checking into accommodation. The lounge, filled with dozens of games, became a magical playground for our children, keeping them happy and entertained while we relaxed. After moving through seven different accommodations during our time in Scotland, Glenan Lodge stood out by far — warm, welcoming, and full of heart. Without hesitation, we vote it our number one favourite!"
