The Space:

Step inside Sea Marge Cottage and you'll find a bright, welcoming home that's ideal for couples, families and friends.



The spacious dining room is perfect for meals together, while the separate lounge offers a comfortable space to relax after a day exploring the coast.



The well-equipped kitchen includes everything you'll need for your stay, while the separate utility room provides a washing machine and tumble dryer.



Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room. The second bedroom can be configured as either a super king or two single beds – just let us know your preferred layout before you arrive.



Outside, the mature private garden provides a peaceful place to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind in the fresh air.



Fast fibre broadband is available throughout the property, making it suitable for streaming, remote working and keeping connected during your stay.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the entire property and private garden.



At the end of the driveway, two private garages provide convenient and secure parking throughout your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Overstrand is a peaceful coastal village just outside Cromer, known for its sandy beach, dramatic cliffs and access to the Norfolk Coast Path.



Overstrand Beach, scenic cliff-top walks and the village café are all within easy reach, while Cromer's famous pier, independent shops, restaurants and traditional seaside attractions are just a short drive away.



Royal Cromer Golf Club is nearby, while Felbrigg Hall and its beautiful parkland offer historic gardens and peaceful woodland walks. The property is also well placed for exploring Sheringham, Holt, Blakeney and the wider North Norfolk coast.



Getting Around:

Our coastal home is perfectly positioned for your getaway, situated only a few minutes walk from the beach. Guests arriving by vehicle will appreciate the inclusion of a private garage for hassle-free parking during their stay. For public transport users, local bus services operate in Overstrand, while the main train station in Cromer is easily reached by a short taxi or bus ride. If you are flying in, Norwich International Airport is the closest hub, located about forty minutes away by car.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible please note that check in time is from 15:00 and check out time is by 10:00. The property is strictly non smoking and we are unable to accommodate pets. For the second bedroom please let us know your preferred bed configuration of either a super king or two single beds prior to your arrival. Guests have access to two private garages for secure parking. We look forward to welcoming you to our home.
