Our room was available earlier than stated and was very clean and comfortable. The location was great too, just a 15 minute walk to the town and Lake Windermere. “Lovely quiet location, super handy for the airport. Warm welcome from the host. Super clean room, funky decor, comfy bed. Small touches like fresh milk in the in-room fridge, water and biscuits make all the difference. A lovely change from a “hotel”. Definitely would stay again. Thank you!”

“Beautiful house,very clean and I saw them cleaning the room after we left and it was very thorough. Food superb and substantial with canapes and sorbet mouth cleansers we could not finish a substantial main course and no room for desert. Service friendly. ”
