      Questa cabina accogliente nel bosco si trova in cima alle splendide colline della zona Driftless, alle porte di Cross Plains, WI. Situato su 10 acri di foresta, questo noleggio caldo è il luogo perfetto per un fine settimana invernale privata lontano, un rifugio naturale / yoga / artista, o una vacanza in bicicletta su strada. Situato a soli 30 minuti dal centro di Madison, avrete l'esperienza di convivenza pacifica, pur essendo a breve distanza dal trambusto della capitale del Wisconsin.

      Fare delle escursioni, racchette da neve, o in bicicletta a destra, fuori dalla porta d'ingresso. Visita vicino monte Horeb, Tyrol Basin, teatro di American Player o Taliesin. O semplicemente sedersi accanto al fuoco e godere di una completa privacy. Indipendentemente da ciò, questa cabina vi darà tutto il necessario per scappare.

      Love it here for a weekend getaway!
      Easy to reach from Chicago, and near great hikes and not far from Madison. Kind host with great communications - cozy and warm for a perfect winter getaway.

      Comfortable stay
      Plenty of space to spread out. Lovely location in the woods. If there had been snow, I’m north sure we could have found the driveway or made it up the hill to the house. Driveway obscured by leaves. A few minor suggestions. Amount of tableware needs to be checked. Not enough for the group. The frying pans do not work on the induction stove. Game cabinets need straightening up and firestarters replenished.

      Perfect place for us
      Great cabin in a quiet woods. Stayed for four days in early September. We were in Madison for the Ironman. About a 25 min drive to the venue. Cabin is exactly as described in the listing. We did not use grills or fireplace but bedrooms/bathrooms/living spaces were all clean and in good order. Jason was very responsive to questions and gave me updates throughout the week. It's very secluded and no yard so not the best place for younger children who might need outdoor time but perfect for adults who want to get away from the city. I would definitely book this place again if we should decide to return to the area.

      Nice stay
      Great property. Location is quiet and good for relaxation, yet close enough to restaurants, stores, etc. Unique, nice house. Some cleaning and minor maintenance needed. Host sent rental agreement for signature after payment was made.

      Solid if not spectacular
      The house itself was pretty good for what we needed - which was mostly a place to sleep. The beds were comfortable, the basement was nicely cooled, and the house was generally clean. However, multiple bathrooms had issues with standing water in the showers. It would drain after you finished, but I'm not a fan of the water pooling around my feet while I shower. Also, while it didn't affect what we wanted to do, a lot of the areas directly around the house were very overgrown with weeds, which was somewhat off-putting. And the main picture displayed is a view of the back of the house, which to me is a bit deceptive, because when you come up on the house, the front is a completely different look. Overall, the house was very nice except those small bathroom issues and some exterior things. Would recommend staying here.

      This house had everything we needed for a girls weekend—so much space, great natural light, comfy beds, super soft sheets, giant fridge and plenty of cooking supplies. Close to Madison but felt very far away-so relaxing!
