“I made the reservation at 11:55pm while traveling. So of course I wouldn't make it to the property before 12am. Do to this they canceled my reservation and claimed there were no vacancies after asking what time of room I wanted to make another reservation for, which I was ok with. I just ask him to ensure I wouldn't be charged twice. ”

“Parking was limited and felt unsafe down an alley in a dark lot, lots of signs saying park at your own risk and hotel is not responsible for theft or damages so that wasn’t comforting. Rooms were dirty and damaged. We were there for a cheer competition and other teams were up till 1am screaming, yelling and slamming doors, how the hotel has no camera to view the halls of each floor was odd, staff that checked us in was emotionless and unwelcoming. ”
