“The lady at the front desk was so polite and kind. I had nothing less than amazing treatment from the staff. The only issue I had was with the $75 pet fee. I asked why it was so expensive and I was told that it was due to the hotel having to shampoo the carpet after the stay. I was a bit confused because I am a senior and I travel extensively with my 5 lb Chihuahua and 10 lb Morkie (a certified service animal).
