Hotel vicino a Crossroads Park - Whitwell

“Was nice”

“The breakfast is just your typical junk food breakfast. There is free parking, which was a huge perk in Chattanooga. The room was as clean as you could expect and very comfortable.”

“The hotel is so bad, it should not be operational. The room and hotel were not as advertised. The room was not cleaned, mold on the ceilings, bathroom, and in the fridge, there were cracks in the walls all the way to the ceiling, and brown matter on the walls. Upon addressing the issues with staff, they said the cleaning staff could not do anything until the next morning and we could not have another room. I asked for a remodeled room and was told there were none.”

“The breakfast was alittle dissapointing with frozen sausage biscuits to heat in the microwave, cold cereal, boiled eggs, bread for toast,and waffles. The muffins were dry and tasteless. The room was clean but the front door and bathroom door were very difficult to open and close. The people above us were running around all night long and blasting music till 3:00am. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again for $180.00 per night.”

“Smoke detector chirping in middle of night- went to front desk to get a new battery/ told me to unplug it myself and she would leave a note for maintenance. AC unit excessive loud otherwise property nice.”

“Beds were comfortable, room was clean and breakfast was delicious. Gym is phenomenal. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only negative was the air conditioning. Room was hot and stuffy unless it was set to 65, freezing while running stuffy when off ”

“This is a great hotel with a lot of space. It’s very clean, has a friendly staff, and has a great breakfast! It’s convenient from the highway and close to many places in Chattanooga. We were only there overnight, but we really enjoyed going into Chattanooga. ”

“Patched wall was not painted, told by Expedia I would get a room with two queen beds was given a room with two double beds, tile in bathroom was off the wall as it should have been at the bottom of the wall acting as the mop board, continental breakfast was only two choice of cereal, mini muffins, toast or waffle. Only one waffle iron was working. No bagel as advertised. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. ”
