Questa casa vacanza storica con 4 camere da letto Salt Box è ricca di storia e carattere mentre si trova in un ampio cortile nella comunità di Crow Head, Twillingate,
Ha un grande ponte anteriore con barbecue che si affaccia sull'Oceano Atlantico settentrionale.
Dal ponte anteriore potresti persino scorgere una megattera mentre fa breccia nell'oceano mentre migra verso sud con altri bacini di balene.
Gli iceberg possono anche essere visti in stagione (maggio-luglio). C'è l'accesso alla spiaggia locale proprio dall'altra parte della strada.
Questo è il luogo ideale in cui soggiornare per un soggiorno rilassante con la famiglia

We stayed with our family including grandparents and small children. They had a pack and play available for us on request. The bedrooms were a little small, but that's what you get in these lovely older houses. We had a great time and would recommend a stay here to anyone!

We loved the location. The beds were comfortable. We had one problem with TV connection - someone had changed the TV connection and left the wrong cable in- probably for a game- anyway we figured it out and evetually were able to get Netflix for a movie. Our favorite part of Twillingate was the icebergs we went to see on the Iceberg Quest Tour which was definately the best boat tour in town.

This property was exactly as expected and worked great for 2 couples. We liked the Crow Head area about a 7 minutes drive from Twillingate. Great views and a close few minutes drive to the Lighthouse. Saw one iceberg out the kitchen window. The home is older inside again, as expected but so comfortable and clean.

We knew we were two weeks early and a lot of shops would be closed but that also meant we could experience a slower pace and the charm of the locals.

Beautiful spot only a few minutes from the town of Twillingate overlooking the ocean. The Salt Box house was lovely. Also had excellent communication with the owner. Definitely would stay there again.

Great location near Long Point Lighthouse and Twillingate. Icebergs in Twillingate Bay and Nanny's Hole near the house. The kitchen had everything we needed. Very quiet. Ocean view.

This home was great for our family of 6. Four bedrooms allowed everyone to enjoy their own space and then the kitchen/dining and living room had room for all of us to sit down to meals and watch TV. Great views and a nice beach to walk on.

We visited Twillingate/ Crow Head at the end of May. Luckily we arrived in good weather and got out in a boat to see the icebergs. Amazing trip. Bring layers and sturdy shoes. The house is like visiting Grandma’s. Very cosy, warm and comfortable. The beds were great. All the appliances worked. We had everything we needed. The beach is beautiful. A short walk 100m. Twillingate is fun. Get screeched in W-Sunday at The Captains Pub. Shed Party was hilarious.

This is a lovely traditional, outport home in a charming village. We had a great view of the ocean and were within easy distance of hiking trails and of the beautiful lighthouse and its spectacular vistas.
