Park Avenue Loft con vista su Parkerson Avenue

Il fascino del sud al suo meglio! Loft spazioso e unico situato sopra uno degli edifici caratteristici e storici di Crowley nel nostro bellissimo paese cajun della Louisiana. Completa privacy nel cuore della città con una splendida vista su Parkerson Avenue. Situato a 1. 5 miglia dalla I-10 e 20 miglia da Lafayette Louisiana. Ottima zona per passeggiare per godersi la gioia di vivere della nostra bellissima e storica città! La nostra posizione è a pochi passi o in auto da qualsiasi cosa tu possa desiderare di vedere o fare a Crowley!

La nostra struttura è completa di due spazi abitativi che includono due zone giorno complete, due zone pranzo complete e una sala giochi con tavolo da biliardo e T. V. Sia che tu abbia bisogno di uno spazio ampio, caldo e accogliente per riunioni di famiglia o di una fuga tranquilla, il nostro loft è il posto giusto! Diamo il benvenuto a feste di matrimonio, ritiri aziendali e al tuo amichevole avventuriero in viaggio.

Posizione perfetta nel cuore di Crowley! A due isolati dalla Grand Opera House del Sud, Le Grand Hall, The Crowley Museum, J. D. Studio di registrazione musicale Miller e The Ford Automotive Museum. Ci sono molte belle case storiche, chiese e negozi da godere. La cucina di Rice City si trova proprio dall'altra parte della strada e serve una varietà di deliziosi piatti speciali!
Inoltre a breve distanza a piedi dalla caffetteria The Vanilla Bean, dalla pasticceria Ruddocks, da Frosto (una tavola calda degli anni '50), dal Levy Park e dallo storico Rice Theater.

Weekend Wedding Retreat

In town for a family wedding. Five adult guests and one infant and plenty of room for everyone to have some space. Lots of fun for the whole family and close to the church, the reception venue and everything in downtown Crowley. Check in and check out were seamless! 10 out of 10.

Mardi Gras Visit

Our family enjoyed the property. There was plenty of room for us to spread out. We had extended family over one night for dinner and had plenty of room. Since the location was mostly commercial, it was a little loud, but not bad. There weren't as many dishes as some homes we've stayed in and some of the dishes that were there were not as clean as they could be.Overall, it was a good property for our stay. It met all of our needs.

Beautiful loft

This place had everything we needed and more! Very comfortable and plenty of room. The amenities are more than I expected. The game room was a hit! And the living room and dining/kitchen was very relaxing. Pictures don’t do the decor justice. It’s a beautiful place. We will definitely be back!

Wedding Weekend

A hidden treasure in the Rice Capitol

Our son was getting married and most of his groomsmen were from out of town or out of state. This apartment provided an outstanding place for them to all stay during the events of the wedding and was within walking distance to the church, (St. Michael's), reception venue (The Grand Opera House), and historical South Parkerson Avenue. The game room in the apartment was a big hit with the boys as they enjoyed pool and foosball, something no other VRBO in town offered. The apartment was clean, extremely spacious, modernly renovated and adorably decorated. It was so nice that we even took some of the wedding photos in the apartment. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to stay in beautiful Crowley, Louisiana!

Visiting for Dads 84th Birthday

We were amazed at how spacious the loft was. There were 6 of us that enjoyed the pool table, foosball table, slot machines and more. The property owner is fast in responding to questions we had when we arrived and towards the end of our stay they checked up on us to make sure we were good with the bad weather. I would definitely recommend this property to a large family or girls weekend. The property is above a working dry cleaners so when the employees came into work or customers dropped off their laundry we could hear them. Not a deal breaker, this loft provides soo much more.

Spacious and fun

I rented this for the groomsmen to stay in for my sons July wedding they had nothing but good things to say it was plenty spacious clean and had a pool table and foosball everything they could have needed to make great memories with your guys before your wedding The hosts were readily available to answer any questions I had and The hosts were more than accommodating I cannot say enough good things about this property or the hosts

This was the perfect spot for our family visit and it was better than advertised. The property was very clean with all the amenities needed to enjoy a weekend away. We had an excellent stay! Communication from the host was exceptional from the moment we booked! It really is the little things that count the most, and there were so many extras during our stay; from items in the kitchen & fridge to toiletries, just so many small details to make our stay even more comfortable & convenient. The whole place & set up is awesome. Very clean & just all around perfect! Great recommendations from the host, including Champagne Swamp Tours, Frosto's, etc. This is a small quiet little town, about 25mins from Lafayette. Located above the family business, which turned out to be really covenient for my hubby! I could go on & on about this trip, so if you are considering staying in Crowley, look no further! Definitely an A+ in our book! You will not be disappointed! Check out Zoosiana, The Boiling Spot, Champagne Tours, Frosto's, Ruddock's Bakery, The Vanilla Bean coffee shop, & Drago's (the famous oysters)! Just for reference; it was myself & hubby, and our 15 & 18 yr olds. We recently lost a dear family member & needed a getaway, so we drove in from The Woodlands TX.
