I recently booked a stay at Pesheres Inn for my newly married uncle and aunt, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. As someone who is always looking for the best deals, I booked through another site, without reading the fine print. However, the staff at Pesheres Hotel, especially were incredibly understanding and accommodating and helped me book through Expedia and the owner cancelled the other itinerary. They made sure that my uncle and aunt had a seamless check-in process and knowing they were elderly, upgraded their accommodation. Who wouldn’t love awesome management? My aunt and uncle were pleasantly surprised by receiving a complimentary bottle of wine, which I thought was really nice. PeSheres itself was beautiful and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The pool temp was perfect and they had lots of outdoor seating to relax or have a meal. I highly recommend Pesheres Hotel to anyone looking for an easy and hassle-free experience, especially when booking online and from another country. I booked this place based on the pictures and was Not disappointed. Thank you PeSheres and the staff at Pesheres Hotel, for making my uncle and aunts stay a memorable one. I will definitely be booking with you again in the future. We are very satisfied customers.

The pictures up here don’t do this place any justice at all…….its actually wayyy nicer in real…….its super clean and it felt so safe. The staff was super nice and helpful. We will definitely return and stay even longer. The only little upset I had was having to pay a $200 extra just to check out 45-50mins after check out time. I understand policy but I feel like it should be something subject to condition. Overall will still come back because I love location the scenery and serenity of the place.

PeSheres is a quick walk from the hotel, you just have to be careful because it might feel a bit unsafe on the way due to the area. The hotel itself is super pretty and clean. It’s is not a huge hotel but in the best way. It feels much more private almost like an apartment complexe with a nice pool and loby.

Property was clean and well cared for. Pool area looked clean . NO KITCHEN so make sure you bring food and snacks and water. The unit I stayed in was not secure. The front window had NO locks. I made an alarm system by placing the remote on the sliding tracks. Hoping it would fall if someone tries to slide the window BUT for the most part the place was clean

It was a bit deceiving given when we arrived it wasn't really a "spa". It was a lot to pay for one night with no services (aside from check-in)

It was good because the building and interior was all new in last year or two. That makes a big difference. Includes bedding, bathroom fittings etc. All basically as new.

Just as advertised, spacious rooms, everything works, and the facility is meticulously cleaned, down to the railings on the walk way. The day manager Camile is awesome, she went above and beyond to make sure my party of five were well taken catered to, I will definitely return. Can I say it again safe, serene and clean ❤️💯

Extremely disappointed - not luxurious as marketed
A new property with poor finishings. If you're going to describe an apartment as "luxury" and charge TTD $ 4021 for a 3 night stay that includes nothing but the room it should be a true luxury. This apartment with kitchen was far from luxurious. There was an entire bulb and shade missing from the row of lights in the bathroom over the sink. The toliet brush handle was broken and the brush/holder had remnants of feces from previous guests. The kitchen faucet fell apart upon being opened. The door to the apartment doesn't completely fit into the frame so there is a gap. The pillows on the bed were extremely hard causing discomfort. The telephone had to be inconveniently placed on the floor away from the bedside as there was no phone jack by the bed. It was over by the other wall and the phone had to be placed on the ground resulting in constant bending down causing my brother who sufffers with back pain further discomfort. Upon arrival there was no mention or explanation of the facilities on offer nor was it properly signed/obvious where the so called spa was. Only at check out was my brother advised that calls needed to be placed to the front desk to book the spa. Tell your guests on arrival about the ins and outs of your property. No one ever seemed to answer the front desk phone. The lone stair case to the pool was too far away from the room. Overall clean facilities, friendly staff and they kindly provided a bottle of non-alcoholic wine as a birthday touch.
