“Overall a great place to stay for family”

“This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There is no staff. They double charged me after not sending out the codes to the room and canceling my stay without my knowledge. The bed sheets were dirty, the room was bare, and they lacked basic amenities. This is a scam, DO NOT STAY HERE!”

“We stayed here for several nights. The staff members at the front desk were very helpful. They were able to add an extra night for me. They offered a list of local restaurants, as well as sharing their favorites, which was great to know (and we enjoyed the places that were recommended). The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight -- lots of options for hot and cold breakfast items, including make-your-own waffles, and a yogurt parfait station with strawberry...

“Great accommodations! The space was very clean, warm, quiet comfortable, tastefully designed and with great amenities. I wish I could take these accommodations to every mountain I ski at. Only 10 minutes from Mount Sunapee. Definitely higher than a five star.”

“My family of 3 stay here about every six weeks. We have been staying at the 506 for about 8 years now. While we love the location, the staff at breakfast, and the pool/hot tub, the shared spaces during this visit seemed worn, not the cleanest and the number of staff was sparse. They have increased their prices since the new owners took over about a year ago and although they’ve updated the rooms with paint, new linens, decor, it seems the family vibes and familiarity are non-existent. ”
