It comprises a 25 m² living area, a fitted open-plan kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of around 300 m² with a swimming pool. Bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

All the rooms in the house are on one level.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
– A 25 m² living area with a TV, a sofa, a dining area and a sleeping area with a double sofa bed (140x190)
– A fully equipped open-plan kitchen including: an electric kettle, an oven, a toaster, dishwasher, hob…
– A bedroom with a double bed (140x190)
– A shower room with shower and toilet

Outside:
– A swimming pool (private, unheated) measuring 2.7 m x 4.5 m. Open from May to October; opening dates are subject to change and dependent on favourable weather conditions
– A 12 m² east-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
– A private, enclosed garden of 300 m², facing north and east

The house is ideally situated in Cruzy, in a residential neighbourhood on the very quiet hills above the village, with direct access to the vineyards and wooded hills. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market (all within a 5 to 20-minute drive)…

The property is only accessible by car. You can park directly in the house’s private car park (two parking spaces).

– Pets are allowed, subject to a supplement of €15 per stay; one pet only (cat or dog). Please specify this when booking.
– End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
– Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming. Opening dates are not binding and are subject to favourable weather conditions.
