“Overall, our stay was good, but I’m giving it three stars due to the noise. Our floor was loud around 11:00 p.m., with people laughing and yelling, and there was also banging and lots of running from the room above us, as well as noise from outside the hotel. “The breakfast was actually great for a hotel breakfast. Had a pancake maker, waffles, hot breakfast, cold options, and drinks and coffee. The lady checks your room number and how many people as you walk in to each which is a little strange and off putting but overall the staff was very kind. The room was okay as far as cleanliness. It had a strange smell like wet dog and we found hairs in the bathtub area that were certainly not ours. Also hairs stuck around the bottom of the toilet from where...

“The room was a nicely decorated and clean. Much bigger than a hotel. You have a small living,dinning and bar. I didn’t really feel safe leaving our car outside the building seeing homeless around . It was self park so you had to find parking on the street . And the train going off every night several times a night. Because of the parking and the train in the back of the building I would not stay here again.”

“This hotel property was excellent and will be my go-to when passing through Springfield in the future. The service was excellent, friendly and professional. Breakfast was much better than expected with eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, a pancake maker, cereal etc. Pool and hot tub were well maintained! Hotel was clean and room was decorated super cute with a fish lodge theme. Leave it to Bass Pro to hit a home run! Highly recommend!”
