The home features approximately 3,200 square feet of living space, two full kitchens, two living rooms, and spacious indoor and outdoor gathering areas.

The entire house. All door codes are customized to your stay. Just need the last 4 digits of your cell phone and that will be your access code for your stay.

Parking is tight. You can park vehicles along Clinton Ave, on the east side & north side of building.
No glass or food in the hot tub.

DO NOT split wood on the concrete around the fire pit.

Please only use the Blackstone grill if you know the aftercare procedure to protect the griddle.

Please keep all exterior doors shut so bugs don’t get inside the house.

Please keep all doors to the interior stairwell closed as the stairwell is a non-insulated space.

Only toilet paper shall be flushed down the toilets.

Please throw food in the trash, not down the garbage disposal.

Please always use exhaust fans when showering.

Do not leave fire in the fire pit un-attended.

Do not touch, or tamper with the security cameras.

Please always use a coaster when setting beverages on any surface. Especially the quartz countertops in the bathrooms.

There will be a $250 fee if we have to clean up urine, feces, or vomit anywhere on the property.

Please take clothing off clothes lines before any weather event.
