“Breakfast is gross. The lady at the front desk when I checked in is hands down the most rude person I ever dealt with in my life. The room was clean though, but only came once in a three night day to see if we need anything there’s me and my wife and two kids staying there. I had to go asking for toiletries at the front desk.”

“I had booked throught expedia. It was a last min booking and reviews said very good. When my husband showed up they refused him a room. They had no reason for this at all. We are a respectable family with children and were in town for basketball. It was very rude. Thankfully it worked out as the hotel turned out to be very sketchy.”

“The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful upon arrival. Our room was very clean. There was a restaurant on site that was very good. The continental breakfast the next morning was nice and had a variety of selections. We will be staying again!”

“Staff was good. No heat thermostat in room. No heat on and it was 10 deg outside. I had to get a electric space heater from desk for room. You had to walk from room door to bed to turn on a light as the light switch by door didn't do anything. I had to give them a $200.00 damage deposit which I didn't expect. Will need to check next months credit card statement to make sure I get it back as there is a 5 day waiting period. One good thing was I got to check in early with no charge.”
