Condominio accogliente sull'acqua

Accogliente condominio situato sulla Withlacoochee, nel cuore di Dunnellon. Unità completamente fornita offre tutti i comfort di casa (utensili, pentole ecc.) O, se preferite, molti ristoranti sono raggiungibili a piedi. La bellissima Dunnellon offre numerosi sentieri e attività acquatiche come nuoto, tubing e kayak. Il condominio è a pochi minuti dal parco di Rainbow Springs che ha una bellissima acqua blu / verde (che mantiene a 72 gradi tutto l'anno), percorsi naturalistici e cascate. Se lo shopping è la tua passione, ci sono numerosi negozi fino all'isolato a breve distanza a piedi. Se desideri avventurarti nelle città circostanti, Crystal River è a soli 20 minuti. lontano e offre anche molte attività acquatiche come tour lamantini e immersioni subacquee. Il parco faunistico Homosassa (10 minuti dopo Crystal River) è anche un bel parco che offre un giro educativo in barca e animali come un ippopotamo, alligatori, numerosi uccelli e lamantini. Il condominio non si affaccia sull'acqua ma ha un facile accesso, senza scale!

A week to swim with the manatees

Our stay in the cozy condo was excellent. It was exactly as advertised. We loved all the amenities for the cost of the stay. The pool and hot tub were great! The condo itself was well stocked, had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was lack of a sharp knife and the bed not being as comfortable as we needed. We bought a sharp paring knife and left it, we also bought a blow up camp bed to sleep on. Our hostess was very responsive and said that a new topper for the bed would be nice. We would stay again at this location! It was a beautiful area, tons of things to do, quiet and peaceful complex. Visitors should know that manatee season is September through March. Area tourism does not really explain this and if you are coming to see the manatee, during warm seasons, you may be disappointed. However, the entire area is beautiful and there are a lot of different things to see and do.

Great condo

We had a great time staying at this condo! Location is the best …being on the river. Lots of days socializing on the deck or by the pool with others. Close to restaurants and other amenities. Sonia’s condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Great place and would highly recommend!!

Quiet & Quick Access to town

Perfect location to be off the main drag of town & right on the water. Perfect spot to chill in the pool or hot tub after a long day. It was quiet and secluded to have the place to myself. I was able to work out by the waterway most mornings if weather permitted. The condo contained the basics and was very useful to have coffee every morning. Thank you for opening your home.

Family Vacation

Sonia's condo was just as described. It was clean and well equipped. Its location within The Landings was very convenient, as it is right off the parking lot, next to a ramp...no steps! The environment was quiet and the residents of The Landings were very pleasant. Super close to Publix, Walmart, Dollar General, and many restaurants. We visited Swampy's waterfront restaurant several times during our week-long stay. Sonia was only a message away, if we ever had questions.

very nice condo.

We stayed at the condo in March 2023 for 8 nights. We found the place super clean. Nice screen porch sit outside. It was like being at home. It had all the things you would find in your own home. The pool was very clean and the hot tub was wonderful. Sonia was kind to have coffee pods for us.

Enjoyable Stay

We loved staying at the Cozy Condo. It met all of our needs and more. Great location, close to shopping and restaurants. Host was friendly and quick to respond with any questions we had. Well equipped with the basics which was very helpful. We will definitely be back, and would recommend to others.

Fabulous!

This property is amazing! Sonia is super responsive and accommodating. We are in the process of building a house and she has been very flexible and allowed us to extend our stay many times. The condo is small but perfect for what we needed, and the pool and hot tub are a huge plus! 10/10 recommend!

Peaceful

The location was great and the ramp to the 2nd floor really came in handy for my disabled sister. The only issue for her was the height of the bed. All appliances were clean and in proper working condition.

Great Cozy Condo

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in Dunellon Florida. We have been coming to The Landings for 13 years now but this was our first time staying in this unit. We would definitely stay here again. No River View

Unit overlooks the parking lot and is at the main entrance to the building. Lots of foot traffic in and out around the unit, bedroom window was next to the stairs. Unit is adequately equipped but living room furnishings were old and uncomfortable. It is in a good location for visiting downtown area and local restaurants.
