Porta i tuoi giochi d'acqua, libri o bici.  C'è un molo per barche in acque poco profonde e un parcheggio per il rimorchio della barca.   Posizione perfetta per andare in barca, fare escursioni, andare in bicicletta, canoa, kayak, pesca, cappesante, nuotare con i lamantini, osservare gli uccelli o semplicemente rilassarsi in piscina.  Situato sul canale tra Salt River e Crystal River, godrete di una vista ininterrotta della palude e degli estuari.  Accanto, a pochi passi da Twin Rivers Marina.  Ci sono ottimi percorsi a piedi e Great Florida Birding Trails nelle vicinanze.   Non dimenticare il binocolo!
I condomini sono costruiti su palafitte e collegati da passerelle.
Molte finestre ti danno la possibilità di vedere paludi e uccelli costieri.

Peaceful retreat

We really enjoyed this location. It’s beautiful and peaceful with great access to Twin Rivers, and the fort island beach. The property was clean and had all the amenities to make for a good trip.

We relaxed and enjoyed.

On our annual visit to Florida from the UK we always look for places where there is no razzamataz and nightlife. There's certainly no razzamataz here at Crystal River but there is nightlife of the natural type. The property is of the highest quality and has appliances that are top of the range. Furnishing has just the right touch without being ostentatious, kitchen is well supplied with all the necessary gizmos and gadgets. I, personally, judge a property by the quality of the chef knives and this place has very good knives! Plenty of convenient parking. Outside there is the pool which is very well maintained with routines carried out every morning. Activities are numerous - plenty of fishing from the shore, kayaking, walks (take lots of water!), bird watching, manatee and gator spotting, flowers galore and from the decking watch the fiddler crabs whilst the tide comes in quietly. Only 4 miles away are all the other holiday necessities of stores, restaurants, bait shop. Best sunsets are from the bridge or the road to the house. I've gone on far to long for a review so take my word for it. You won't regret it. Enjoy!

Pleasant surprise

Comfortable stay with everything you need for convenience. Fully stocked kitchen and very clean property. Far enough away from the noise but close enough to everything Crystal River. I would definitely book this property again for future returns to the area.

Amazing Cabana Style Rental

The property was wonderful and perfectly appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing week in beautiful Crystal River. Location was perfect to get to the beach, marina, springs and all of the amazing wildlife was beautiful. Thanks for being wonderful hosts!

Everything was great!

Everything was great! This was a perfect, small, clean property that had everything we needed, with a nice view. You do need to be prepared and physically able to navigate the spiral staircase to the bed in the loft.

Crystal River Stay

Sawgrass Landing is the perfect place for a brief couples getaway close to nature. This was our second stay here and we’ll be back. We love the condo, the location and the view. The condo is clean and well appointed. We will definitely stay again.

Excellent place and area

We went to the Crystal River area to swim with the Manatees. This VRBO is located in a perfect spot to get to several places where you can see them! The place was clean, quiet, and perfect for our trip!!

Great place

Great time

My wife and I had a great time. Our friends got another building in sawgrass and it worked out great! Cleaning station was very nice and so was the pool. At super low tide you have to trim up to get back but its all idle anyway.

Quiet Retreat

My husband and I had a WONDERFUL long weekend at this perfect condo! We enjoyed kayaking, hiking, eating at the local seafood restaurants, hanging at the beach, swimming in the pool, reading books on the deck, shopping in the historic district. It was a perfect way to celebrate our anniversary and enjoy the beauty of nature all around us.

Birdwatcher’s Paradise

This is our second time staying at Sawgrass Landing and we just love this location. It’s a great place to bike, run and birdwatch. This lovely unit was nicely renovated after last fall’s storm. Many nice touches with every amenity needed. The deck was perfect for watching birds and sipping coffee. Thanks for sharing your place with us. Loved it!

Great birthday getaway

I picked this property for a quite long weekend for my boyfriend's birthday. The property owner was super nice, answering my questions ahead of choosing the booking. And of course, after booking as well. We enjoyed the surrounding nature and the nearby (very nearby) beach for nightly sunsets. The property was refreshingly clean. The property was stocked with necessities. It was very tastefully decorated. I feel like it is just right for a couples hideaway!

Tarpon fishing and near beach

Fishing trip for tarpon, Near Marina and short trip to lovely beach. Quiet and near all vacation needs. Condo well stocked and nice marsh view. Easy check in and out. Will be back to Crystal River !

Sawgrass Landings

Had a great stay at sawgrass landings! Was a perfect, quaint and quiet place for me and my fiancée to stay. We were able to dock our boat and have our trailer parked there for our entire stay! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Everyone was friendly and respectful. The house was spotless and a unique layout. The only thing i will say is there is no blinds so the unit can heat up quite a bit along with it being hard to sleep in the mornings from the bright light. Other than that it was a perfect stay and would love to visit again.

Beautiful scenery and cute unit

We enjoyed our stay! The duplex unit was adorable, well decorated and cozy. You could hear the TV from the other unit through into the living room if it was quiet, but no voices. Guyer's ice cream in town was amazing and all the food was amazing at local restaurants. The owners were easy to communicate with and we had a great stay! We loved Crystal River and hope to come back when it's manatee season. Lots of little perks like q tips, coffee, towels etc. Wondeful long weekend.
