Che ne dici di un noleggio a lungo termine per i lavoratori temporanei?
O forse stai cercando un po 'di natura?

Bene l'hai trovato! Percorsi per bici da strada, kayak, tubing, nuoto con lamantini, mountain bike (ben colline ...), solo una giornata tranquilla alle sorgenti locali. Non chiamano questa zona la "Costa della Natura" per niente!

La nostra casa è su un privato di 5,5 acri con vista mozzafiato. Non essere sorpreso di vedere una volpe che trotta, un grosso gufo che ti spia, un gatto selvatico che si intrufola o forse un tacchino o due. Questa è la vera Florida rurale.

Mentre il Down-Under non si trova sull'acqua, siamo nelle vicinanze. Se hai bisogno di un posto per attraccare la tua barca, chiedi informazioni sulla possibile attracco alla nostra proprietà Crystal River, sul lungomare. Vieni giù, goditi il Down-Under, vai a casa sentendoti riposato!

Lo spazio contiene una camera da letto, arredata con un letto matrimoniale. Il soggiorno ha un grande divano componibile e una TV. La cucina è un "angolo cottura", piccola ma fa quello che ti serve. Frigorifero full size e gamma, forno a microonde e lavandino. Tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno per gustare pasti semplici a casa, ottimi piatti insieme a pentole e padelle di base.

Se stai visitando amici e parenti a Citrus Hills, Black Diamond, Beverly Hills, Lecanto o in qualsiasi parte della contea, facciamo un ottimo punto d'incontro. Siamo in posizione centrale, proprio nel mezzo della contea.

Molte comodità sono a portata di mano, Walmart è a un miglio dalla casa, è una passeggiata sicura di 20 minuti se si sceglie. Publix è 2. 5 miglia a est. A breve distanza a piedi è un posto per hamburger mamma / pop; un ristorante di sushi che serve anche piatti tradizionali giapponesi, tailandesi e cinesi; un Wawa, Wendy's e McDonalds; e un piccolo parco e pista ciclabile asfaltata multiuso.

L'appartamento si trova sotto la nostra casa principale. Hai un ingresso separato e totale privacy. Ecco perché si chiama "Down Under"!

What can I say? If there were 10 stars this property would get all 10! Your hosts Linda and Tim were so responsive to any question, so accomodating, and so personable I felt like we could have been friends from another time. The property itself is so tastefully decorated, clean,and cozy. The enclosed porch provided a welcome spot for a bit of personal respite, whether to chat on the phone, catch up with email, or just have a lemonade. To be fair, the phone signal can drop here or there but that wasn't a problem once I found where not to stand. 55 Close to gas stations and shopping yet nestled in a very private setting, I would not hesitate for a moment to re-book Down Under!

Schöne Wohnung inmitten der Natur

Wir hatten achtzehn wunderschöne Tage, Natur pur und idyllische Entspannung in einer sehr schönen und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung. Trotzdem ist man innerhalb einer Meile mitten in der Zivilisation und hat alle Läden die man braucht. Die Besitzer sind ganz liebe Menschen und wir sind froh dieses Objekt gemietet haben,was wir jederzeit wieder tun würden. Vielen Dank Linda und Tim

Peaceful and restful

The 'Downunder' is a great getaway. It gives you complete privacy and peace. Its like being in your own home, cozy and pleasant. You are on your own schedule, no pressures. There are plenty of fun things to do around the area. I would definitely go there again.

Ideal Setting

It was ideal for me, just what I had hoped to find. Having a quiet setting, a screened in porch area and a swing was perfect. The unit was well appointed and the hosts were very helpful.

Exactly like the Listing - Very well stocked

The place was great! Well stocked with little treats like some welcoming snacks and drinks, lovely notebook with all the local activities/brochures, a picnic basket ready with the basics for a fun adventure and some puzzles and games. Lots of cozy areas to relax and get lost in or do a little work if needed. Our visit was unfortunately too short to enjoy much of it but hope to be back at some point. Oh and communication with the owner was great: quick, easy and fast responses. Thanks for the hospitality. Only suggestion is to maybe air out the place a bit or leave some windows open felt a little stuffy. And maybe I missed it but some tea and a teapot would be a great addition. You are definitely well stocked for the coffee drinkers.

Peaceful and inviting

From the moment you turn into the driveway you are swept away into peacefulness. From the beautiful drive in through magnolias, palms and Spanish moss to the breakfast treats welcoming us in our stay was absolutely wonderful. The hosts are exceptional and attentive. And the apartment is super cozy and comfortable. It was also well stocked.

Just what we needed

EVERTYTHING was exceptional. My husband and I were amazed by the beautiful nature, biking opportunities, and peacefulness the Down Under had to offer. Linda and Tim were so easy to work with and super responsive to our needs. Whether it was information about local attractions/dining or help with the ethernet cable, Linda and Tim were easy to communicate with and so helpful. My husband was working remotely and had no issues with the internet. The beautiful touches in the Down Under were just as pictured. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and new, kitchen was small but had a newer refrigerator/freezer and everything we needed to make meals. The outdoor porch was a true highlight for us! We ate meals, played board games and just sat in nature and relaxed often. There is even a grapefruit tree which Linda said we could pick from if we wanted. The grapefruits are delicious! There were breakfast items when we arrived and an attached garage with a newer washer and dryer that I used often. We also stored our bikes in the garage and used the Withlacoochee trail nearly daily (we so miss that trail!!!). We are from Wisconsin and had a fabulous outdoor experience and really nice weather for Feb and March in Florida...the cherry on top:-) We loved the Down Under and are hoping to return. Thank you Linda and Tim.

Best of the Very Best!!!!!

Superb! Wow! What a warm, welcoming, well-equipped, wonderful place! I have been traveling to Lecanto for over 20 years and have stayed in literally dozens of properties. The Down-Under was the pinnacle of all those experiences. The host was, by far, the most professional, accommodating, and caring I have dealt with. The house was exquisite - just as described, perfect location, amenities to spare. Everything was flawless upon arrival and the host was very helpful throughout my stay. The home was more beautiful and comfortable than I had hoped. I was visiting family in the area and I felt like I was at home. The house was exceptionally clean and extremely well stocked. Thank you for the joy and delight of staying at such a lovely spot. Exceptional in every way!

Just What we Needed!

The goal of our stay was to relax with no agenda and enjoy celebrating our 52nd anniversary! That is exactly what we did. The quiet peaceful setting was much needed and the beautiful decor so tastefully appointed made our stay even more comfortable. Getting in after dark was a little challenging since we could'nt see the address well, but we did it! Thanks to our gracious hosts for providing such a lovely place to rest and restore. We loved all the restaurant recommendations. We would definitely suggest this lovely place to friends and family. Now back to running our business!

All you need for a quite respite

We were looking for a nice location that was quite as we had been in the Keys, Miami and the to the Daytona 500. This was perfect. The house was quite and located away from it all but yet only a few miles away from everything The property was full of personal touches and gestures. Perfect space to be extremely comfortable for the two of us.

Peaceful

Everything went smoothly from the reservation through living a couple weeks in this home in the woods. Tim promptly helped us navigate operating the TV. Linda provided peaceful decor with a touch of humor. The extras—including grapefruit from their property—were so thoughtful. A short drive would bring us to the beach, manatees and exquisite sunsets! This peaceful home provided a peaceful time for us.

A hidden gem!

While searching for a get a way to the Crystal River area we found "The Down Under" and booked it for a week. As soon as we walked thru the door we knew we had found a great place for us. Everything was as advertised, it was clean, it's private, and it was the perfect size for the two of us. It is in a great location to access everything in the area. After letting us settle in the owner contacted us to make sure everything was up to our satisfaction and to let us know that if we needed anything to contact them. We highly recommend this property and are looking forward to staying there again
