“The stay in hotel was really bad. Towels and bed sheets are dirty. The room service executive on the very first day wasn't polite at all while taking orders as if we were asking money from him or he was a guard who was taking orders. Room conditions were pathetic. Even the one star hotels are better then this 3 star hotel. Upon that the hotel is too costly for a single night food. It costs me almost 1300 Rs. for a night one time food. “We had a family room, clean, spacious, comfortable. Though some room renovations are still goin on, hotel Is improving every bit they can. Restaurant food, class apart. Do try their tomato soup. ”

“I booked the place for my parents, they were very happy from the services provided by their staff. They are very professional, friendly and do look after their customers. Food was delicious too as Breakfast and either lunch or dinner were included in the price. Definitely worth staying there and would love to go back there whenever visiting Haridwar ”
