“Everything was just wonderful, the staff was very courteous .”

“Tons of people smoking weed out front of their rooms. Found tons of bed bugs in each of our beds. Other people hair caught in the sheets and other places of the room. Definitely wasn’t expecting a resort, but this place is sketchy and dirty. Ended up leaving with my family and found a different hotel.”

“Staff never came to clean the room or give us new towels, Also the water in the shower and sink had an awful smell.”

“There’s no one at the front desk. They gave us a code. The code did not work. Eventually a staff pass by and open with a key. We text and call to get a working code and never got a hold of anyone. We could not leave the room or we would be lock out. No hot shower. German cockroaches everywhere. And a horrible bad. Again… you can’t complain as they will not answer phone or text. Save your self a headache. Do not stay here.”

“Grundsätzlich ist die Unterkunft zu empfehlen. Sehr sauber und auch der Poolbereich ist ansprechend. Abzug gibt es lediglich für den Raucherbereich. Ich weiß, dass Rauche nicht gesund ist, aber wenn man schon nur in einer bestimmten Zone Rauchen darf, wäre es schön, wenn es doch auch Sitzmöglichkeiten gibt und nicht nur eine Defekte Bank.”

“I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the level of cleanliness was unacceptable. There were cockroaches both in the bathroom and inside the room, which is simply something no guest should ever have to deal with. On top of that, housekeeping never properly cleaned the room during my stay, which only made things worse. The overall service was extremely poor, with staff showing little concern or urgency when these issues were brought up. This was far from...

“The location is convinient, the room at first look good, but the bed sheets had a strange smell and the floor was dirty”

“The room was clean enough and updated with paint and marble in the bath. Bed was ok. Floors are newer tile. Everything else was very dated. The shower curtain was smelly and we didn’t even want to use the shower. It’s also located on a very busy road across from a hospital. Traffic noise and emergency vehicle noise kept me up most of the night. I think I got 3 hours of sleep max. Stay at your own risk.”
