You are going to experience complete privacy – as the property is located in a gated community with guards and full security. Set in the hills and surrounded by the Costa Rican jungle, the private driveway brings you to the beautiful property. Casa La Villetta is located 120 meters above sea level in one of the most beautiful areas of Guanacaste. The quiet and unspoiled beach of San Juanillo (rated by Conde Nast travelers as 10 most beautiful beaches worldwide) is only a 13-minute drive away.

The entire property extends over 3 levels in two separate houses. The first high-end luxury main house features 1 master suite and 1 bath. You will experience scenic Jungle views along with a beautiful suspended infinity pool on the main level. The nearly 1500 sqft space has high-end finishes and is a livable masterpiece that exudes contemporary luxury. The complete floor plan of the property is open and airy with walls of sliding glass that allow perfect indoor/outdoor entertainment and living.

The stunning living room has an open floor plan that includes an open kitchen, a large dining table seating area, multiple patios, and a beautiful pool. A full outdoor kitchen and social living area next to the pool is equipped with a lounge and BBQ grill. The amazing view into the Jungle completes the unique ambiance of this area. Sit in the pool or in the cozy BBQ area and watch the monkey families up in the trees over your head. Spectacular moments you will never forget.

There is one master bedroom in the villa’s main house, which offers resort-style luxury with spacious views of the jungle and the pool. The sexy shower again with great views into the jungle. The 2nd master bedroom is located in the second house of the villa with a 700 sqft (built-in Casita Style) located next to the BBQ area. The Casita in Loft style is super cool and the bedroom is located on the upper floor. The Casita has its own kitchen and bathroom with shower and offers a private, cozy, and quiet setting.

Casa La Villetta is perfect for two families and the maximum capacity of the 2 individual bedrooms sleeps 4 adults and 2-3 children. In each of the bedrooms, there is a comfortable fold-out bed, perfect for children. If one child or teen will sleep on the sofa, the maximum capacity would be 7 people. All bedrooms and terraces have sweeping jungle and mountain views.
The house is designed with modern features and is carefully decorated to offer the most comfort and coziness. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and the house has high-speed internet throughout. For complete safety, the entire house is equipped with a water sanitizing and filtration system. As we experience in Costa Rica many power outages and shortages of water especially during the dry season, with a rental here you are on the safe side.
There are two separate backup water tanks in the house with a total of over 540 Gallons to ensure continued supply, even throughout shortages of water.
A backup power source with two times 8 hours capacity will supply power in the main house, BBQ area, and Casita. TV and the internet will work at any time.

Think of the nicest indoor training bike that you've ever seen at a gym. Yes, you got it - the house is equipped with an amazing Peloton Bike. Peloton bikes are high-tech spin bikes with a high-definition touchscreen and Wi-Fi capability. The flywheel is nearly silent, and the easy-to-use resistance knob can be adjusted by just one percent at a time.

At the entrance of the Villa, a great parking space can host up to 5 cars easily. The helpful property manager who lives only 10 min away is easily accessible through WhatsApp to help with any questions, reservations, and helpful hints and to ensure the most enjoyable time at Casa La Villetta. The service you get here is comparable to a high-end concierge service at a 5-star hotel. If you prefer, a private chef, Musician or a DJ can be arranged for your enjoyment.

Four of the most beautiful beaches (Playa San Juanillo, Playa Ostional, Playa Marbella, and Playa Azul) can be reached in 7 to 15 minutes. You may spend your days savoring the serenity of the house or might decide to venture out to discover more Costa Rican adventures. From Canopy tours or horseback riding in the wild to fishing, turtle watching, surfing, or relaxing on the beach, your stay will be a favorite destination.
