I liked that it was a family oriented environment great place to take your kids. It wasn’t loud and crazy. It was peaceful. The staff were really friendly and kind. The food was good for an all inclusive resort. I could appreciate the quality of service they try to provide for their guests. From the food that is cooked and to all the staff. You can tell they truly care in providing the best experience for their guests.

Absolutely beautiful. Lots of onsite activities and it was really easy to plan excursions and trips into the more populated areas. The only thing that needs improvement was the food. Sabernero Steakhouse was delicious but all of the other food was extremely low quality for the price. Definitely expected way better for a resort of that caliber. The staff was excellent, the property and rooms were clean. They were very on top of resetting and cleaning the rooms each day as well. Overall, I’d highly recommend as long as you don’t have any expectations for great food onsite.
