We had never stayed at this hotel chain before, and it is now definitely our preference. We were very impressed with service, cleanliness, the pool, as well as the food and adult drinks. Everyone is very welcoming and it was more than you get at most hotels with similar prices.

This is one of the best hotels we've stayed at. The floor in the room could have been cleaned better and the shower did have some spots around the glass door hinges that needed cleaning.
