Venture Out 2 Bedroom

Our cute, comfortable and cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage is located in beautiful Venture Out just 19 miles to Key West and a 9 minute drive to the world famous Bahia Honda Beach. The unit offers a queen bed, a full bed, fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, outside gas grill , washer and dryer in unit. The unit is spacious and bright with a very large outside deck for entertaining. Free WIFI and a 55 inch smart TV. We are pet friendly. Have a boat or extra car? We have options for your boat, trailer, and extra car within ½ mile of Venture Out with no extra fees!
Venture Out offers many activities such as tennis, basketball, bocce ball, pickle ball, playground and a recreation hall with free WIFI, lending library, ping pong and games. On site is fuel, a marina store and boat ramp. There is also an amazing 80 foot in length heated swimming pool and hot tub. Only a short walk to the county bus stop. 7 day minimum required.
The community charges a security/registration fee upon arrival to the renter. The fee will be $116.28 plus $8.72 in tax. This fee is not included in your reservation.

The host was very good at communication and the house was clean. The neighborhood was very busy as it’s in a gated little tight community. There was anything from small modular homes, to campers to raised up small home and empty lots. Some very well maintained and some not so well. It was a nice house and great for those who travel and don't spend time outside at the house as you only had the back deck. We spent most of our time away from the house enjoying the area. The house had a great amount of accommodations with a full kitchen, laundry and all the lines.

This is our 3rd year in a row renting this great home. It's one of the best priced & clean units we found on Cudjoe Key that is also pet friendly. Tracie the host & she is absolutely amazing. She always responds within 1 or 2 minutes of any request and is always happy to help accommodate you and make you feel comfortable with your stay. She is one of the main reasons we continue renting this place every year on Cudjoe Key. You will love it.

Vacation for 5 days.

We enjoyed our stay. The deck was great! Would love to see a Jacuzzi on the deck.The door locks were not easy to lock. That we diffidently didn't enjoy.There was a lot of ants every time we cooked. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay.

Florida Keys Getaway

We enjoyed the house and the gated community it was in. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! The back deck is great for morning coffee and relaxing in the evening! We found several places close by to eat that had great food. Very nice heated pool in the park.

great stay

The living room and kitchen were large and comfy, huge back deck, both bedrooms were a good size. The home was well stocked for our needs. Enjoyed sitting on the back deck at night, it was very quite,private and peaceful. Everyone you pass in VO has a smile and a wave for you. it was a great stop for us.

perfection!

the property is new and comfortable, & the location is amazing, with boat access and an ocean-pool (goggles are a must so you can see the lobsters, shrimps, & stingrays hanging out along the walls!). there are plenty of sandy beaches within a 20 minute drive of the property. our host was lovely, very easy to communicate with, & went out of her way to accomodate us. i can’t wait to stay here again!!
