  • Le novità nel 2016! Questo completamente arredato 3 camere da letto, 2. Appartamento 5 bagno nel cuore del centro storico di Cuenca, situato in Calle Larga a soli 4 isolati dal Parque Calderon e nuovi e vecchi cattedrali. Siamo a soli 100 piedi dal Rio Tomebamba.

    Ci sono ampie vedute del Parco Nazionale el Cajas, le montagne e che si affacciano sul fiume. Si può mentire nella vostra camera da letto matrimoniale, la sera, ascoltare il fiume, si affacciano le luci di Cuenca e la chiesa di Turi. Guardate in alto e guardare le stelle attraverso i lucernari singoli.

    La camera da letto principale ha una cabina / a piedi attraverso armadio per la doccia splendidamente piastrelle personalizzate. La camera da letto principale dispone di un balcone privato con una terrazza con giardino, una splendida vista sulla città e sul Parco Nazionale di El Cajas.

    Le due camere da letto condividono un bel bagno con doccia. Una camera da letto funge anche da ufficio con un comodo pull-down letto Murphy con un materasso di gomma piuma di memoria. L'appartamento può ospitare 6 - 2 letti queen-size e un letto matrimoniale.

    La cucina dispone di full-sized frigorifero, piano cottura a gas heavy duty, forno a gas, forno a microonde e tostapane Cuisinart top-rated più e Ninja frullatore. Tutti i piatti, posate, coltelli, ciotole, piatti e tutto il necessario per cucinare i prodotti freschi acquistati al 10 de Agosto di mercato o Tia Mercato, a pochi passi lungo la strada.

    Granito-top, lavello in acciaio inox ed elettrodomestici. Radio per farti divertire mentre lavava i piatti con una finestra che si affaccia sul giardino di orchidee.

    zona pranzo comprende un tavolo con posti per 6 progettati e costruiti da top mobiliere di Cuenca, Luriq. Built-in panca per potlucks e Nilson Rea progettato ruote, granito sormontata isola per prep.

    Salvare il meglio per ultimo: balconi che si affacciano sul Rio Tomebamba si trovano su ogni piano. Il piano inferiore per quando piove e la parte superiore per il vetro di notte privata di vino cileno e cioccolatini ecuadoriani. Il combo lavasciuga si trova fuori dal balcone MBR. Entrambi i balconi sono in acciaio inox bella, fioriere su misura. Il piano inferiore per le erbe e al piano superiore con 3 piccoli alberi per lo screening della vista dalla attico adiacente.

This is a beautiful apartment in a wonderful location in the heart of Cuenca. This is the third time we have rented this space and highly recommend it. The manager, Cecilia, is a great person and easy to get in touch with. The apartment is lovely, clean, and walking distance to so many of our favorite places.

The amenities were in great condition and the view was fabulous. The host was very responsive and helpful. There was even a welcome basket of some food items, wine, chocolate. It was a very welcoming atmosphere.

Historic Downtown location

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Close to restaurants, shopping, and markets. In the center of the activity of this city but yet quiet once you enter the gate.

Great location beautiful

This property was awesome great location residents at place were friendly and very welcoming felt like home. beds we comfortable very clean had everything you would need to cook and there they even had welcoming food and drinks would definitely stay again longer next time

This is a wonderful condo with a fully equipped kitchen, comfy furniture, a garden room on the main floor and a lovely little balcony with huge views of the city on the second floor. The complex has lovely courtyards beautifully planted. It’s an absolute oasis from the very busy El Centro. Great location; 4 blocks to the main square, two blocks to the huge fresh food market. This condo is a 10 out of 10! I was greeted by Cecilia, who stocked the condo with an abundance of treats and food to get started with my stay. The condo is well- designed and quiet, and is in the center of the city. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

A perfect apartment in Cuenca

We have had the good fortune to rent this apartment twice. Perfectly located in old Cuenca and on the river, we have enjoyed the beautiful architecture, landscaping, views and great service.

Beautiful views, exactly as advertised. Super clean and new, no complaints. Cecilia the manager was amazing at answering questions and helping us. 100% will be staying at this location again. Perfectly situated in the heart of all the restaurants and shops.

Two Time Guests at Casas del Nogales

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in C2 while in Cuenca for the fifth time. This condo is well appointed and located on Calle Larga with good access to all downtown sites, markets, restaurants, etc. We will be back.

The condo is beautiful and in a great location in El Centro. I would highly recommend a stay at Terry's place. The property manager, Cecilia, met me at the door and showed me around. She also provided some essential food and coffee to get me started. Everything was wonderful! Thank you so much!

Spectacular Property, Conveniently Located

Secure property with multiple beautiful courtyards and access to Tomebomba river walking path. Very close to restaurants of all levels and Parque Calderon. Can't say enough about property manager, Cecilia. Very charming and helpful.

Wonderful apartment in a wonderful location

We’ve stayed at Terry’s place 5x! It’s perfect for our needs. Everything works. Can’t beat the location. Overlooking the newer greener part of the city yet just three blocks from the Central Park. It’s an oasis of tranquility in a bustling Latin American city. Already booked for next winter!

Perfect Location with Fantastic Views

The condo is modern, well- equipped, and located in a perfect spot to walk to Museums, the old town of Cuenca, shopping and too many great restaurants to count. Cecilia, the property manager, is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. We have already booked another stay for 2024.

Roomy modern condo with a convenient location

We had a wonderful stay for a month in Cuenca. The property manager, Cecelia, was very helpful, providing beautiful flowers, delicious chocolates, some refrigerator items, and a notebook with restaurant recommendations and reviews. This condo is in a prime location, within walking distance to so many restaurants, museums, and the historic town square. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and the beds were comfortable. From the master bedroom, we had a terrific view of the city and mountains. It was great to have enough space to entertain guests who came for a short visit.

excellent condo

This is our 3rd stay at this wonderful condo. It is a great location, four blocks from main square plus it looks out over the river. It is a spot of tranquility with a very bustling city right outside the complex's entry door. It's comfortable, everything works. The building manager is very responsive to questions. Good info package. We've already booked for next year.

Great place in a great location!!

The title says it all. Up on the cliff between the lower south side which is newer, wider streets and sidewalks and the historic district. Three blocks to the Central Park, a block to an incredible fresh food market. Close to pretty much everything. This was the third time we rented this apartment and we’ve already booked it for next winter.

Living in Cuenca

Location, location, location. The condo is just as advertised and is located in the historic section of Cuenca so we walked everywhere. The view from the master bedroom is spectacular, especially for the New Year Eve fireworks. Cecilia, the property manager was super accommodating and promptly met all our needs during our month long stay. . Highly recommend this property. Chet

Look no further! This beautiful apartment is perfectly located in the Historic District with easy access to the river pathways, many interesting museums, and cathedrals and other venues with free concerts. The views from the floor-to-ceiling windows, especially at night, provide an amazing overlook of Cuenca. The kitchen is well stocked with many convenient appliances you don't find in most VRBO's or AirBnB's. The condo has great storage space with many shelves and closets for an extended stay at full occupancy. Ceclia was a great host to let us in an give us an orientation of the property. It is such a nice touch to have food and treats there for us when we arrived since we had been traveling all day and couldn't yet make it to the grocery store. Note: There is a Tia grocery store just up the street to your left as you exit the building. The other tenants were all very friendly and we felt very safe with the sturdy main entrance door that locks behind you. The only (minor) drawback was that there was not an onsite gym or a gym available with the apartment (as indicated at the time I made my selection). Everything else was as good or better than we could have hoped for and we would definitely stay there again!

INCREDIBLE! There's not a better place to stay in the heart of Cuenca than this location. The host is absolutely amazing and prepared the most fabulous welcome for me. There was food, coffee, treats, fresh flowers and a person to meet me when I arrived. I've never had this happen before at any of the places I've stayed. The apartment overlooks the river, the city and the mountains. It's quiet, it's beautiful, it's comfortable it's heaven. There are a ton of good restaurants, bars, shopping, bakeries and food markets - everything is so close by. If you're looking for a place to stay in the center near the historic district don't miss this opportunity. I promise you you will not be disappointed. I truly hated to leave.

Cannot state how much we LOVED this place! If you are considering visiting Cuenca highly recommend this townhouse. It's in a great location, in an absolutely beautiful building and has such a stunning view from both balconies. The office manager, Cecilia, was wonderful and lovely. Without too much detail, our original 13 hour plane trip ended up in a 2 day scenario due to 1 leg of our journey being delayed. Which is to say when we finally got into Cuenca we were exhausted. Cecilia loaded the townhome up with fruit, eggs, bread, beer, wine -- everything we needed to not have to go out that evening. Wonderful. The place is fully equipped, nice washer/dryer, and we loved the biodegradable products (shamppo, conditioner, body soap, laundry products, dish/hand soap). Absolutely one of the best accomodations we've had.
