“La nostra camera era spaziosa e pulita. L'albergo è in una buona posizione a Morro Bay, a breve distanza dal mare e dai ristoranti. Siamo stati soddisfatti dell'accoglienza ricevuta. L'unica cosa che sarebbe bello avere e invece manca è una piccola colazione. ”

“Hotel was beautiful and new. Very convenient. Staff helpful and cordial. Just a little reminder at end of stay that we would have appreciated more than two cups and coffee discs. Had to find housekeeper on a few days to get more since we were there for almost a week. Suggested they put more in initially or replenish daily. Only other issue was loud grating noise when pulling sliding bathroom door closed. Appeared to just need some oil! Staff took note of these issues as we checked out and...

“Molto comodo come tappa intermedia di un viaggio. Il check-in doveva essere dalle 15:00, arriviamo alle 15:45 e la camera non era ancora pronta, come se fosse normalissimo e senza nemmeno scusarsi. Per il resto, hotel perfetto da usare come tappa di una notte.”

“Very clean room. Property clean and nice. Grass areas and Bbqs dogs welcomed & Area for dog with water area to wash down you dog if needed. They All were Very helpful and kind Bed a little hard but comfortable. He’d felt nice !! Only change we could feel are the pillows , they were old & uncomfortable. I give them ALL STARS ”

“We stayed at Hotel Avisa AFTER Labor Day and so there were no crowds…. We had the best room on the 3rd floor with the balcony and ocean view. The ladies at the front desk were very supportive. The covered parking garage was safe.”

“The property is aged, the rooms are up to date. It is pet friendly which is our preference. You can not beat the price. We recommend this location if you want to enjoy your trip and have a worry free experience. ”

“Personale gentile e accogliente, la struttura appare come un tipico motel 6 ma decisamente più alto come standard! Apprezzato il servizio del caffè a disposizione degli ospiti al mattino, presso la reception. Vicino all'oceano e non troppo distante dalla zona molo e dal Morro Bay SP dove abbiamo visto moltissime Sea otters... Consigliato!”

“I’ve had a lovely experience staying at this place. The place was very clean. The bed was comfortable, there were inly 3 pillows but you can request for more. The only thing that was a downside was the WiFi. It was very slow and difficult to connect to. But I had cell service so it’s not a big deal. Walk to the beach was 5 minutes and it was the highlight of my short stay. ”
