“The property advertises that it includes breakfast. This is an expensive hotel, not an Econolodge type hotel. When you arrive at the very beautiful breakfast room, only the bread, cereal, coffee, and juice is included. They charge you for the hot food. And the cereal is served in the single serving box. It feels like a bait and switch. They get all the hotel guests to come for breakfast and after sitting at the table and reading the menu you find out it isn’t really included as advertised.”

“Good. Location in MTV is excellent.This place is gradually being updated. Bathrooms now are clean and nice. Madrases were being replaced right before our stay. Bad Luxury clothes (non-logo) were stolen from my room. I raised this with the manager and pointed out they must have cameras and that I will address this in the morning. “The elevator was very shaky and made me nervous. Also the street noise was too loud as well as the AC unit.”

Without having to go through Expedia, he was able to change the room, at the very last minute. Knowing I would be paying extra, he did an excellent job and was able to keep the rate at an afforable price. Thank you. He was so very helpful and friendly. “The hotel was clean. The other reviews mentioned a pool, but I was told there was no pool so I’m disappointed. The staff was nice. The breakfast was disappointing. The parking was great. For the price, I kinda expected more. Most hotels have a pool. There wasn’t a lot of options for breakfast and the food was bland.”
