  • Villa Aqua Zen è una proprietà sul lungomare aggiornata, situata direttamente sulla baia dei Caraibi nel francese Cul de Sac. La villa è molto privata e ha una delle più belle viste sul mare. Pinel Island è a pochi minuti dalla villa!

    Villa Aqua Zen offre 3 camere da letto climatizzate, due hanno il proprio carattere e un bagno individuale, una di queste camere è aperta sul ponte e offre una vista sul mare. la terza camera è soppalco con un letto matrimoniale.
    L'apertura cucina completamente attrezzata dispone di comfort moderni ed è magnificamente integrata nello stile generale tranquillo della villa.

    Per rendere la tua esperienza di vacanza sul lungomare all'Aqua Zen ancora più attraente, la villa ha un accesso privato alla spiaggia e un molo privato dove puoi salire su due kayak che i proprietari della villa hanno messo a disposizione degli ospiti. Alcuni colpi di paddle ti porteranno a Pinel Island per una giornata rilassante su una spiaggia tropicale molto piacevole.

    Un bellissimo giardino tropicale e palme circondano la villa, la terrazza e la terrazza privata. Tutte queste aree si affacciano sul Mar dei Caraibi e offrono splendide viste sull'acqua, sulle barche, sul Pinel e su altre piccole isole vicine, nonché sullo straordinario skyline di St. Barth è sullo sfondo.

Wonderful house, wonderful island

Perfect place for my family. Kayaking around the bay was great, short car rides to beautiful beaches, and grand case at night. The neighborhood felt very safe, and the house provided every thing we needed, and the large deck provided plenty of space to hang out in the sun. We really enjoyed the French side of the island and the French cul-de-sac specifically.

Amazing property

We couldn’t be happier with our stay! The property far exceeded our expectations. The booking process was seamless, and the property manager’s communication a few days before check-in was perfect. The property itself is spacious, impeccably maintained, and absolutely stunning. We especially loved the outdoor sitting area, the pool (small but nice!), and the breathtaking views. Highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway

My husband and teen daughters had a wonderful stay. The home is modern and well equipped for our needs. The deck is fabulous and is where we spent most of our mornings and evenings. We appreciated and enjoyed the use of the kayaks and paddle boards. The property manager was kind and attentive and met us at the home when we arrived. We will definitely stay here again!

Love this villa, the pool, the location and the view. We stayed here a year ago and just had to come back! Unfortunately, during this stay, the unannounced cleaning crew misplaced Invisalign retainers.

Exactly as described and pictured. The property manager, Philipe, was super responsive - even help provide a baby cot. Everything was super clean.

High-end comfort on the water

The Villa was exactly as it appears in the display- 4 of us used the 2 bedrooms with dedicated baths. Another couple or kids would have been very comfortable in the loft. Every morning started with our choice of a paddle with sea turtles, a swim or a hike. Phillip was a responsive and gracious host. Would definitely rent again- and probably will!

Excellent property in good shape despite Irma

There's still a lot of damage in St. Martin that hasn't been repaired (more than we expected), but this excellent property wasn't damaged and is in very good shape. The villa has all the conveniences and the deck is especially great. It's very big with a wide variety of chairs and tables, with some in the sun and some in the shade (one covered area with a dining table and another area under a tree). The only problem during our stay was that the Internet service died or was very intermittent. (This wasn't a problem with the WiFi in the villa. It was a problem with the ISP providing service. Welcome to the Caribbean! On our last visit, before Irma, we lost electricity for half a day.) Phillipe, the owner, arranged for his friend and neighbor to let us have access to her network, so we had service good enough for email and downloading the newspaper. (Perhaps we shouldn't care so much about having Internet service on vacation, but we do.) Despite all the damage, there's enough of St. Martin operational to make for a great vacation. One of our favorite beaches (Le Galion) has lost all its facilities (chairs, umbrellas, etc.), but our other three favorites were in full operation (Oriental, Friars Bay and Pinel Island). Some of the restaurants in Grand Case are gone, but we enjoyed dining on the beach and found the food served there surprisingly good. For groceries go to Price Leader (biggish discount place) and the smaller Cocci market (which has the right size coffee pods for the espresso maker in this villa).

Beautiful house and great view

We absolutely loved this house. The view was beautiful, location was great. The island is rebuilding and certain places are still closed but we saw so many contractors that St Martin will be better than ever.

This was our third time at Aquazen in less than three years (family of 5 with children ages 11, 8, and 5). We had again a great time. We like the house layout and modern furnishings (you can tell that Christian's wife is a designer) and its location on the water. There are little things that make this house special. Our kids love sleeping in the loft, we play games on the deck outside with beautiful views of the bay, my wife and I enjoy nespresso coffee machine for our morning dose of caffeine, Philippe is always willing to help, and I enjoy talking to Christian, the owner, when he comes to visit. The house is conveniently located with an easy access to stores, Orient beach and Grand Case (my favorite restaurant destination). It is amazing that such a small town can offer so many great culinary destinations. Unlike our last trip, this time wind was not too strong and we were able to kayak to Pinel island every day. We also had fun practicing on paddle board. For us beginners, it is great that the bay is protected and has almost no waves. Visiting St. Martin over New Year and staying at Aquazen has become a tradition for us. We are already looking forward to our next year’s trip back
