“We had a wonderful stay at this property. The host was excellent with communication and very accommodating to our situation. The house was lovely and has everything you need. Very quiet and peaceful location with beautiful mountain views. I would definitely recommend!”

“The room was cute and the allowance of having our dogs was why we chose this property. Having said that the check in process wasn't clear using Expedia. There is no management office. You simply needed a code to get a key from a lockbox on the door of your house. The big issue was the multiple spider webs/spiders/and dust all over the place. You can see that the fans and ceilings haven't been cleaned in months if not more. The fire alarm hanging on it's wires went off for no reason twice. ...

“Well kept clean facilities. Just a stones throw from the train depot and downtown Bryson. No need to drive around close enough to walk.”

“The loft apartment was the perfect size and was built and designed incredibly well. Jim and Diane were great hosts who greeted us and welcomed us onto their beautiful property. Jim and Diane have built a lovely home and garden. The woodwork is phenomenal. Jim gave us a great rec for dinner. We will definitely stay here again when we come back!”

“Verbo does not allow to give more than 6 Stars , but if they did it would be well deserved. Attention to detail was phenomenal and the surroundings so peaceful. Not too far from great adventures and just what was needed to recharge from everyday life. If you’re going back and forth this is the one you need to stop on.”

“This apartment was so cozy! It was super clean, and the host was really nice to talk to. It was in walking distance to everything, so we didn't need to use up our gas. There were board games, netflix and card games to keep occupied after walking around town. The beds were very comfortable and the bathtub was HUGE. I will absolutely rent from her again when we come back. Also, her check out instructions were really light and easy; nothing compared to what I've seen other hosts do.”

The property was in disrepair, the pool rundown and unopened, and the room was dark and not as pictured! The room itself was not worth the price charged.
