“They did not inform that the balcony or patio is going under maintenance and won't be accessible. When I asked what compensation you can offer, they said none since it's listed on the website. I said, it's not on Expedia and I even had a message exchange with the host - they did not mention anything there. Still they refused to honor anything and continued.”

“This property was perfect for the get away we needed. The pictures were on point. The host was very nice and communication was easy. Walking into town is about 5 blocks. Coming to brevard is a breath of fresh air. We wanted to go see the waterfalls but it rained most of our week. So, we will be back.”
