“Bed super comfy, place super cosy. Tom (host) is a one of a kind man. So welcoming, so kind and super generous. Offered out his own apples in the Morning (can’t promise the same for you haha). I can’t recommend staying here more.”

“Excellent hotel and pub. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was also excellent and wonderful value for money. The rooms were a good size, wonderfully clean and had everything you would need, including an iron and ironing board. So good that we are booking a return visit!”

“Breakfast was very good, but parking was a nightmare. Information said the railway station was open until 19.30 .. we went to look ... 18.00! There is nowhere to drop off bags etc. abd my eife uses a mobility scooter, so, we would not be able to get anything to eat in the evening. I had to carry our case from the railway station and dusmantlr the scotter and made several trips up stairs to store it in the very small room, then, carry it downstairs again to go out. Prices are about right The room was big, clean light and airy with good facilities. Definitely an above average establishment. I would definitely re visit.”
