“Great hotel , clean and convenient, very helpful staff”

“We stayed in the New Wing which was a separate building less then 5 mins walk away. The New Wing was nice and had laundry which was a bonus. Close to cafes and transit. Airport Limousine bus stop is 10 min walk away.”

“Very comfortable hotel close in Gangnam district, very close to Subway station and many bus stop (including airport limousine bus stop). There are many minimarket and restourants in the area. Fitness room is small but clean and provided with basic tools. Wifi was good in the room. The deluxe room is ok, only the cleaning of the floor shall be improve a little bit, but overall speaking is a very money value hotel. The staff was very nice and polite. ”

“The overall experience was good, except for the restaurant on the b1. We tried the restaurant on the B1 floor for dinner and the food was cold and the quality was bad. Also it is not written anywhere on hotels.com and on the reservation but if you want to use the swimming pool bring a hat or you can’t use it! They don’t let you swimming caps and there is nowhere close where you can buy it. When we ask at the reception they said it was written on the reservation but once I showed them it was...

“Convenient location. Check in was easy enough but as it is only online check in and had little inconvenient if your arrival time out of customer hour. Cleaness is just ok( I found trash plastic bag under the floor mattress). There is extra charges for cleaning service for your information. ”

“Non è certamente un 4 stelle. La camera è grande ma con un bagno piccolo, non ci sono accessori per l'igiene ma solo un boccione di shampoo da discount ed un altro di bagnoschiuma. Niente cassaforte in stanza e neanche nella hall (come da descrizione), la reception parls poco inglese ed a qualsiasi richiesta rispondono "non saprei". 3 stelle è la categoria appropriata. ”

“the bus stop was very close so that was good. the room was dusty, smelly, no amenities, no hair drier. but had big TV and AC. the bathroom smelled aweful, the sink won't drain”
