“Great stay when booking on line for cheaper price. Very clean, decent rooms for price nice and cool even with out AC, good breakfast considering price with great roof top view of mountain. Only issue is hot water some times did work and wifi was super spotty working only 10% of time if you can connect. ”

“the facility is good. some stain in the bathroom and toilet. Breakfast is ok. The management is not attentive. The receptionist did not even have reservation when I checked in after I booked through Hotel.com a day before. I had to wait for half an hour for her to contact the manager, who is not onsite.”

“This property is amazing, Cold AC and good WiFi. Fresh excellent food and a nice nightclub and bbq restaurant across the street. Well priced and I will definitely be staying here again in the future and recommend you do as well. Emanuel the manager is always on property and went out of his way for my every need. This place is truly a hidden gem because I have not really seen any other reviews. ”

“Conveniently located near Arusha ARK airport. Clean and safe with some maintenance issues (flickering lights). Not the most comfortable beds, but acceptable. Overall a good choice if you require easy access to ARK. ”

“The air conditioner didn't work so the room was too hot to to sleep comfortably in. They tried to swap out a unit from an adjacent room but that didn't work either. So I have a sense that the issue isn't in the single room”
