“Välskött hotell, vacker utemiljö. Trevlig tillmötesgående personal. Ända minuset var frukosten, den är dock sällan bättre på andra hotell i samma prisklass heller. ”

“The staff at the property were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The à la carte menu is highly recommended, and the breakfast was decent with a good selection. While the property is not within walking distance of nearby restaurants or markets, taxis were always readily available to take us wherever we needed to go. The garden is beautiful and provides a very pleasant atmosphere.”

“Decent rooms. Properties right next door were under full construction which was irritating. Lunch took 2.5 hours with 1 other table in the restaurant. Would have taken much longer if we had not kept pushing. We had not set in 36 hours and just wanted an easy meal. That is why we stayed at the hotel. We ended up not being able to nap that afternoon due to the horribly slow service. Then upon checkout the front desk insisted to my lady friend that the room needed to be paid after it was prepaid....

“the facility is good. some stain in the bathroom and toilet. Breakfast is ok. The management is not attentive. The receptionist did not even have reservation when I checked in after I booked through Hotel.com a day before. I had to wait for half an hour for her to contact the manager, who is not onsite.”

“Conveniently located near Arusha ARK airport. Clean and safe with some maintenance issues (flickering lights). Not the most comfortable beds, but acceptable. Overall a good choice if you require easy access to ARK. ”

“Der Geruch im Badezimmer war sehr unangenehm, man mochte das Bad kaum betreten.Ein extrem scharfes Desinfektionsmittel, wahrscheinlich muss das so sein.. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und sprach gut Englisch Das Hotel ist sehr altbacken und in die Jahre gekommen, aber völlig ok. Der Garten ist wunderschön und hat viele schattige Plätze zum verweilen”

“it was fine for two nights but i coudjnt do any more than that. its in a more sketchy part of town and its SO loud. the breakfast was not the best, i didnt eat, and the wifi sucks. the one good thing was the shower water stays hot haha super run down in everything else ”

“The air conditioner didn't work so the room was too hot to to sleep comfortably in. They tried to swap out a unit from an adjacent room but that didn't work either. So I have a sense that the issue isn't in the single room”
