“Smells amazing when you walk in the hotel. Room (540) was spotless, extremely clean, room was nice and cool when we walked in, crispy linen, spacious room, spotless sofa, frig, micro. Bathroom was super clean and spotless- the shower was perfect! Breakfast was great- oatmeal, eggs, potatoes and peppers, sausage, all kinds of breads, cereal, yogurts and fruits. The front desk personnel were so kind and nice! I would totally stay again!!! Thank you!”

“Well,the first morning that i had breakfast,i was given a paper cup for coffee,so i thought maybe they were out of real cups ,so there was a another couple came in and they got real coffee cups,and i thought my waitress was rushing things,i didn't like that but my next day breakfast was EXCELLENT”

“The 2 bedroom I booked was extremely outdated with furniture probably 50 years old or more. Carpets were dirty and ripped in several placed. I spent $250. For the condition of the room I greatly overplayed. They should not rent it again unless they do a complete renovation of the unit including every room. Marriott Bonvoy is supposed to be the best of Marriott. I was a Marriott timeshare owner for 10 years. This was by far the worst Marriott I have ever stayed in.”

“Newly renovated clean room. Staff was very friendly. But there was an overpowering small of incense the entire stay which was not enjoyable.”

“The bathroom wasn't that cleaned, it had hair in the drain and hair on the shower head. Their was still some food crumbs on the floor by the bed, it had hair also on the floor by the sleeper sofa. A little kid toy was by air conditioning. The pillows are not comfortable at all, people smoking 🚬 in their rooms”

“We stayed for 3 days with our dog with us. The room was perfect. clean and comfortable. All room amenities in good condition and working Staff was nice and helpful We would definitely stay here again.”

“The elevator was ‘out of order’ but I suspect they had it turned off just so they could save electricity. They didn’t tell me the elevator was not working until they recommended and booked me a room on the third floor. The whole hotel was filthy. There was no fire alarm in the room and the floor in the room we stayed in, actually moved and buckled under the weight of a normal step…….. I’m not exaggerating at all. Do not stay at this dump.”

“We asked front desk for some more coffee making milk powder pouches which were placed in the room when we entered, but he said he is out of these. Secondly, the WiFi was not reliable. My wife had to work but she could not even download small files onto her laptop. I could not use WiFi on my mobile to call my family members. The cable connection to the TV was loose and coming out. I had to fix it many times otherwise my kids would make a noise. Kitchen area was kept closed to restrict its use...
