The space
This vacation home is intended for extended stay vacations or for families relocating to this wonderful area. It is an absolutely stunning lake house that has everything you need! It is effectively a new home because the 2022 renovation took the home down to the studs. No expense was spared in this process. The appliances are all new! Check out the continuous marble countertop and side counter as well as the spectacular kitchen light fixture that can be adjusted like a work of art!

Entertainment options for all! Paddleboarding, kayaking, grilling, video gaming, pool table, laying in a hammock. All included in your rental!

The main floor is a 3/3. The bottom floor is a 2/2. They are connected by a staircase that has a door at the top of the steps. The lower floor has its own entrance for going out to the backyard and dock.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home including the 2 laundry rooms, dock, backyard, driveway, and the large backyard with upper and lower decks! This pricing on Airbnb for this home is intended to be used for overnight stays and therefore, events and parties are allowed with an event contract and are subject to extra fees. We will consider filming in the home as well but need to know the name of your production company and details about your shoot. Extra filming fees apply.

Accessibility details:
- The front entrance to the house has a few steps. Once inside, the house is quite accessible.
- The living/dining/kitchen/laundry is all level with hard floors. This single-level living area features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has a tub with hand-held shower head. The other bathroom is compact and features a stand-up shower with a fixed shower head.
- The other 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are accessible via staircases only.

Daytime event fees: With this add-on to your stay you could host a bridal shower, baby shower, children's birthday party, or graduation party, as examples. Parties that will finish up by 6 p.m. and have a maximum of 30 people. We can host this type of daytime event for a $400 event fee. That fee will include pick-up of bagged trash and an on-call event staff member. This is booked in addition to an overnight stay. We do not allow any events that go past 6 p.m. or that are larger than 30 people. All cars must be parked in the driveway or in the garage.

• No lifeguard is present at the lake. Life vests are provided; children under 12 and any non-swimmers must wear a life vest at all times while on the dock or in the water.

• The area between the dock and the house is owned by the Corps of Engineers. This area is off limits for fires.

• Check-in is at 4 p.m. ET or later. Early check-ins between noon and 3 p.m. can be reserved, as available in advance, for $90. Super early check-ins between 7 a.m. and noon will be $150.

• Check-out is at 11 a.m. A late check-out can be arranged at least three days before check-out and are subject to availability. The late check out fee is $60 per every hour past 11 a.m. It is worth it to have a leisurely morning!

• Free garage and driveway parking is available to guests 24/7. All cars must be on the property and we can accommodate about 5 cars. No parking on the street.
