Cummings Park Beach: Tour e Visite Guidate

This motel perfectly corresponds to our needs: easy to be reached by car, large parking, comfortable rooms, good quality hot buffet breakfast included in the reasonable rates. Smart person at the reception. 5 minutes by car from the Hopper House (which is our reason to visit Nyack, NY)

The property itself inside the apartment was fantastic. The check-in process was strange, though, as the video explaining everything was much longer than it should’ve been. The directions or email just before check-in, and the check-in process was complex.

The hotel’s location is convenient. It’s an older property so I expect to see some age on the building itself. It’s nice that there’s parking. The room was spacious but not clean. The doors and walls are filthy, with finger prints and grim around the door knobs. The floor was sticky and all surfaces needed to be washed down. The hotel makes you sign several documents that advise of a fine for smoking in the room, yet the room reeked of pot. The room was in need of maintenance attention… mirror not hung on the wall, but instead leaning on the sofa, curtains coming off the track, and generally unclean. Overall, not a great experience.
