“This modest 2 bedroom apartment situated us well for our 2 night stay in Edinbugh. Off the center of the bustling city, a 25 minute stroll gained you access to all the sites. Even walkable, was Arthur's Seat and Holyrood where we happened upon the King's helicoptor landing for the annual Garden Party. Magical! Don't let the access from the alley and strret noise concern you. We felt very secure and loved the neighborhood establishments! ”

“The pictures do not do it justice! It was lovely and spacious! Kitchen beautifully appointed but the food in the area was incredible. Tacos, Ellas, pubs out of this world. There were 7 of us so, 3 bathroom sinks two showers were plenty. The only think that would have put it over the top was if it had more than one toilet but it wasn't that inconvenient”

“Was the perfect place for our 3 week Edinburgh visit. Close enough to be able to ride the bus or take a Uber or taxi to the tourist areas but, beautiful and calm location away from the noise and bustle of the height of tourist season. If you don't want to walk, you can take the Lothian 8 bus from the Rodney Street stop around the corner from the Tesco up to either St. James Quarter at Leith Street or South Bridge. “This was such a great to stay for our few days in Leith. Light, bright, oh so spacious and even came with a washing machine! Yes the condition of the entranceway and corridor did leave much to be desired but once inside the apartment we could see why it received such good reviews. The owner emailed us regularly to see how we were getting on and provided so much interesting information about the area. It was great! Thank you for a lovely stay!”

“The hotel is well located near public transports and shops. However, the general cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. There were hairs around the bathroom sink and rust under the toilet seat not to mention the kitchen sink was not clean and dust on the floor along the walls.
