“Suites are beautiful. Property gorgeous. Terrace wasn’t yet open but courtyard was lovely. Conveniently walkable to shopping, restaurants and bars. Parking safe (and pricey) in garage. Room’s spacious. Toiletries & bathrobes lux. Uber an easy ride into Downtown. Stayed comfortably with elderly parents. Staff very friendly and helpful.”

“Front desk accidentally charged me $1050 in pending charges instead of $450. I brought it to their attention and they said it would take 10 days to clear. Then charged me $30 over my total bill upon checkout. And then when I checked my Hilton account online, it looks like they charged me another $30 on top of the $30 extra checkout charge, exceeding amount of total bill stated upon check in. “The hotel was awesome and staff were great. But EXPEDIA screwed me over by saying I would get free wifi and breakfast. I did not and for 400$ Can a night that was very disappointing. Will not use expedia again.”
