“The property is charming and the staff was helpful when they were there. If there was no one around the only way to get help was to text someone from a code which I found a little unsettling. I wondered if anyone was actually on the property which I think there always should be and maybe there was but there was no way to tell. No door with a sign anywhere. “Habitación espaciosa, cama grande y muy cómoda. El baño aparentemente amplio pero un poco encajonado el wc y la ducha. Me encantó como olía el lugar y me encantó la cama. Tele grande enfrente de la cama configurada para utilizar el screen mirrow. No me gustó que vendieran agua en recepción a un precio muy elevado. Volvería alojarme aquí. Está todo nuevo y bien cuidado”

“Everything was great. Only complaint was cold shower in the morning. Staff was very helpful with recommendations, with tacos, friendly, breakfast was great with several options and including fresh local fruit that was perfectly ripe. Missing it already. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the main square, no issues walking in the evening around the area. Lots of shops and restaurants around.”

“The location was very good—right next to the Plaza de Armas. Breakfast was yummy and the water was hot. The room we stayed in didn’t have any windows but the skylights. It felt a little like staying in a cave. I didn’t love that vibe but my friend did. The front desk employees were very kind and helpful! We had a good stay and I would stay again if I ever went back to Cusco!”

“Excellent stay! We enjoyed 7 nights at this hotel. The superieur room was big & well equiped with an amazing balcony & view on Cusco. Staff very friendly & always ready to help, they can even pack you a lunch box if you request one for an early tour you got. Breakfast on site is not extensive but got the essential & fresh! It is located 4 min walk from the main square : Plaza De Armes and everything is close by, just gotta get your steps & adapt to high altitude. Highly recommend !!”
