It features a main bedroom and a semi-independent space in the living area, great for resting with limited privacy. Fully equipped kitchen, balcony, private entrance, washer-dryer, hot water, and extra blankets. A practical, cozy base to explore Cusco at your own pace.



The Space:

The apartment opens into an American-style kitchen with breakfast bar connected to the living area, creating an easy space for cooking, conversation and relaxing. The second sleeping area is part of this open layout but is defined by a slatted partition, creating a cozy nook with a double bed. The main bedroom is fully separate and includes a built-in closet and natural light. The independent bathroom has a hot-water shower, towels and basic amenities.



Guest Access:

You will have exclusive use of the apartment, including the main bedroom, second sleeping area, living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The building has an elevator, and trash can be taken to the designated bins in the basement.



The Neighborhood:

Nina building is located in Wanchaq, near Av. Garcilaso, a central and convenient area for getting around Cusco. Supermarkets, Wanchaq Market, restaurants, cafés and everyday services are all nearby. Qorikancha and Av. El Sol are a short walk away, while the Plaza de Armas can be reached in approximately 10–15 minutes on foot, depending on your pace.



Getting Around:

Much of central Cusco can be explored on foot from this area. For longer trips, public transport is available along the nearby avenues, and we recommend using app-based taxis. Wanchaq Station is also in this part of the city; if you are taking a train or tourist service, always check your ticket for the exact departure station.



Other Things to Note:

Cusco nights can be cold, especially during the dry season. Extra blankets are provided for your comfort. Optional services are available for an additional fee: portable electric heater (USD 15 per night), additional cleaning during the stay (USD 30), and private transfer service quoted according to the number of passengers. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional fee; please ask at the time of booking for availability and pricing.
