“Pros: The issue with the air conditioning was addressed fairly quickly, and the on-site handyman did an excellent job. The proximity to Newburyport was also a major plus. Cons: While the room appeared tidy, it wasn’t as clean as expected. “We are always pleased when we stay at the Briar Barn Inn. It is beautifully appointed and welcoming. The staff is courteous and friendly. The continental breakfast is wonderful and coffee is available 24/7, which is a perk I really appreciate. Everything is 5-star!”

“Nice house, kind staff and close to the beach but quite frankly full of carpets not so clean and not so pleasant to have a shared bath (we were 4 and had a shared bath). It was written in the notes of the contract but simply didn’t expect it for the price we paid”
