“Well to start didn’t know it was a fee to use Expedia of $200 hundred dollars, hotel wasn’t within 25 miles of downtown like stated and staff didn’t clean room at all had to ask for towels daily and carpet in room was stained, want use you guy’s again nor stay at we stay again ”

“The room was great for my daughter and I traveling together: plenty of space, large bathroom, quiet area, good location. I spilled some water on the carpet, used a white towel to clean it up, and the towel turned yellow/brown. ”

Had reservations but person checking in in front of me not had to wait .20 mins when I could have been in my room staff should have checked me in then back to other guest”
