“I stayed at the Riverfront Hotel for 2 nights two weeks before Christmas. Staff was courteous and helpful. My room was on the 5th floor that's clean and quiet, probably because there were not many people in the hotel. I could hear someone next door taking shower in the morning though. I requested in advance a microwave in my room, which is very convenient. There's free bottled water everyday, but they are not supplied in the room. You need to request at the front desk. “This is a beautiful old hotel. We were very comfortable, the room was charming, the staff were friendly and helpful. The valet parking made our stay in New Orleans very convenient. ”

“L'hotel è carino e ben tenuto ed è anche pulito ma trovo assurdo che non facciano le pulizie quotidiane e cambio asciugamani, se non dietro richiesta. Rischi di stare una settimana senza che puliscano la camera perché al check in non ti dicono che la pulizia va richiesta! Il personale è molto freddo e quasi scocciato. La colazione poco ricca e il latte era anche acido. È un vero peccato perché l'hotel nel complesso è particolare e carino e sopratutto in ottima posizione ”
