Hotel vicino a Cut-Off Playground - New Orleans

“Se decidete di pernottare qui che non sia per più di una notte, visto che puliscono le camere solo quando si lascia il motel. Le stanze sono anche comode, con tv, frigorifero, microonde, ma hanno cattivo odore, credo per via della moquette vecchia e non pulita. La colazione lascia a desiderare, la seconda mattina non era presente il pane per i toast, si sono giustificati dicendo che alternavano con i croissant. Gli ho chiesto se loro riuscivano a mangiare le uova con i croissant. ”

Hall splendida, un salone storico utilizzato per la colazione, che rappresenta il punto dolente della recensione: personale poco operativo, ritardo nella sostituzione del cibo mancante, nei pressi della macchina per i waffle era sempre sporco per terra e scivoloso e nessuno si premurava di pulire, cibo poco vario e perlopiù confezionato con tanti saluti all'ambiente. “I absolutely love this place I stayed a while back here for 3 months solid daily and there very nice and quiet and they definitely make your stay a pleasant one whatever you need they are fast to get it to you . I just came back down here and I paid for my room It was way before check in time but I was tired and worn out from work just wanted a hot shower and a bed. They did not hesitate one bit they helped me in my room and didn’t ask questions. This is absolutely my favorite place to stay on...

“Clean staff and front desk accommodated me with everything I needed and sum….. worker love them very nice and let us know actually what we needed to know man at the bar was new and needed advice because I worked at a casino I let him know what he needed and how to really make his drink I feel that they need to really learn how to make drinks so that we wouldn’t have to go somewhere else to get them but he was new and I couldn’t complain he did what he could ….. and he helped us with our orders...

“Hotel pulito sia negli ambienti comuni che nelle stanze ,cambio asciugamani quotidiano Situato a poca distanza dal french quarter ...abbastanza frequente a New Orleans trovare gente sdraiata per terra in condizioni ovviamente disagiate e anche dall' altra parte della strada rispetto all hotel le abbiamo sempre trovate senza però avere problemi di sicurezza Colazione buona e abbastanza varia Buon rapporto qualità prezzo Ci siamo trovati bene”

“L'hotel è carino e ben tenuto ed è anche pulito ma trovo assurdo che non facciano le pulizie quotidiane e cambio asciugamani, se non dietro richiesta. Rischi di stare una settimana senza che puliscano la camera perché al check in non ti dicono che la pulizia va richiesta! Il personale è molto freddo e quasi scocciato. La colazione poco ricca e il latte era anche acido. È un vero peccato perché l'hotel nel complesso è particolare e carino e sopratutto in ottima posizione ”
